Description
Delgado Community College is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for new construction of a maritime aquatic facility on its existing campus. The work includes a sidewalk connecting to adjacent school-building sidewalks, a first responder river rescue training pool, pool deck, and covered pool equipment pad, with an additive alternate for two restrooms and showers. Bidders must hold the required Louisiana Building Construction license and display the license number on the bid envelope. A bid security equal to 5% of the total bid is required and may be provided as a certified or cashier's check or bid bond. The successful contractor must furnish performance and labor-and-materials payment bonds. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled before bid submission.
