Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is seeking qualified consulting firms to conduct a focused refresh of its NOLA-PS Evolve strategic plan. The selected consultant will review the existing plan and progress data; engage the Board, Superintendent, Executive Leadership Team, and designated staff through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and facilitated planning sessions; assess completed, continuing, emerging, and retired priorities; refine the strategic framework; and develop measurable goals, strategies, and key performance indicators. Required deliverables include a project work plan and engagement schedule, strategic assessment, stakeholder-input summary, recommended 2027–2030 framework, implementation and monitoring roadmap, draft and final Board-ready Strategic Plan of Action, Board presentation materials, launch-ready communications materials, a professionally designed plan for digital and print use, and editable source files. Proposals must describe the firm's methodology, qualifications, comparable engagements, project team, timeline, work samples, and vision for the refreshed plan. The total engagement budget may not exceed $100,000, and the solicitation includes a 35% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goal.
