Description
The work includes selective demolition at Electrical Vault #61 and installation of interior reinforced CMU wall risers, solid precast concrete load-rated planks, access hatches, and related work. Existing brick pavers are to be removed and reused. At Electrical Vaults #93 and #98, the work includes replacing vault frames and covers, demolishing chimneys, and resetting or repairing surface features. Bids are to be submitted on a lump-sum basis. A bid deposit is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
