Description
Tri County Public School District is soliciting proposals for a complete structured cabling installation supporting a building renovation and addition. The scope includes approximately 60 Category 6 drops, 120 Category 6A drops, and one new six-strand OS2 single-mode armored plenum-rated fiber run. The contractor must provide fiber enclosures, LC terminations, Category 6/6A jacks and patch panels, racks and cable-management components, labeling, firestopping, testing, documentation, and related labor, supervision, tooling, mounting hardware, and consumables. The work includes cabling for access points, cameras, card access, video boards, televisions, general data, and other indicated network-connected systems. Vendors must provide detailed equipment and labor pricing, identify any E-Rate-ineligible items, submit the required pricing form and service-provider identifier, attend the mandatory walkthrough, and meet specified qualification and certification requirements. The selected contractor must complete installation during non-school hours or other agreed times, test all installed copper and fiber cabling, provide as-built and closeout documentation, and provide the specified warranties and follow-on support.
