Description
Kentucky Housing Corporation seeks proposals for a cloud-based enterprise resource planning and accounting software system to replace its Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains environment, which is approaching end of life. The solution should support accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing, payroll integration, financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting and forecasting, fixed assets, cash management, configurable workflows, audit trails, document management, integrations, data imports, mobile and desktop access, and at least seven years of transaction-data retention. Grant tracking is optional but may receive bonus consideration. The selected vendor will evaluate and prepare the existing environment; perform configuration, data migration, testing, implementation planning, training, documentation, and post-go-live support; and provide ongoing maintenance, help-desk support, security patching, upgrades, and enhancement support. Vendors may propose the software, technical assistance, or both, although preference will be given to an end-to-end transition provider. KHC anticipates all services will be completed by December 31, 2027, while the contract may run for no longer than five years with two two-year renewal options.
