Description
The City of Little Rock is soliciting bids for the demolition of the residential structure at 2407 W 12th Street. The required work includes removing the structure, foundation, footings, accessory structures, driveway, non-public sidewalks, steps, handrails, mailbox, storm shelter, well-related materials, debris, concrete or brick pads, and other site improvements. Asbestos removal is required. The contractor must clear and restore the entire property so the lot is mowable, remove or trim specified vegetation and tree limbs, address fill requirements, and preserve or remove designated fencing and retaining walls as specified. Bidders must inspect the structure before submitting a bid, hold a current Arkansas contractor's license listing demolition, and provide a current business license. The award is on an as-needed, all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive and qualified bidder; the estimated quantity is for scoring purposes only.
