Description
The Port of Moses Lake is soliciting sealed bids for the Southwest Hangars Project, a public works construction project. The scope includes approximately 1,160 feet of 8-inch sewer main, 1,000 feet of 8-inch water main, 1,400 feet of storm sewer, hydrants, valves and related water controls, a sewer lift pump station with alarms, an alarm control panel and associated wiring, gravel roadways, permitting, and HMA resurfacing of affected areas. The engineer's base bid estimate is $1,100,000. Work must comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes, port airside operations, and Port authority requirements. Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough to access the normally restricted work area. DBE, SBE, and OMWBE businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
