Description
The University of Central Missouri is soliciting proposals for a parking software system. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing and installing a high-quality, fully functional, turn-key parking software system, including administrator training, ongoing updates, support, and maintenance. Key requirements include integration with existing financial systems (Touchnet and Clearent), automation between the parking software and Banner for various functions like payroll deductions and student account charges, integration with Genetec or another LPR system, and an internet-based system accessible via all browsers. The system should support online permit purchasing, online citation payments, virtual receipts, and visitor parking options. Additionally, the vendor must provide capabilities for event parking management, integration with Vivenu and ParkZen, and robust enforcement features including virtual and physical citations, scofflaw automation, and appeal submission. Reporting on permit sales and citation revenue, as well as property and asset management features, are also required. The vendor must also provide comprehensive support, including setup, training, and ongoing maintenance, with clearly defined warranty and contract length options. The project is expected to begin implementation around September 15, 2026, with a target go-live date of January 5, 2027.
