Submission Instructions
Description
Uwchlan Township is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors to furnish Equipment Rental Services for the Township's Public Works Department. Bids are being requested for the following equipment, in accordance with the specifications on file with the Township Secretary: Milling Machine, Street Sweeper, Tri-Axle Dump Trucks, and Asphalt Breakdown Roller. The Township reserves the right to award contracts by individual bid item, groups of bid items, or the bid as a whole, and may make multiple awards. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program by Tuesday, September 8th at 3:00 P.M. ET. Questions regarding this invitation to bid shall be submitted via PennBid by August 26, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. ET. The successful Bidder(s) shall furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Evaluated Bid. Complete bidding documents are available at no cost on PennBid.
