Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting plumbing services for its Bristol District. The scope includes backflow preventer testing; certified plumber routine services; plumbing helper or technician routine services; and certified plumber and plumbing helper or technician services for critical or immediate needs. Services are organized across the Bristol District Complex and the Abingdon, Lebanon, Wise, and Wytheville residencies. The current solicitation lists 64 total hours of backflow preventer testing, 600 hours of certified plumber routine services, 1,200 hours of plumbing helper or technician routine services, 40 hours of certified plumber critical or immediate-need services, and 60 hours of plumbing helper or technician critical or immediate-need services.
