Description
Lexington County School District One is seeking a provider for 1,016 student seats/licenses for fully online OSHA 10-Hour Construction and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry training and certification for Career and Technical Education students in grades 9–12 during the 2026–2027 school year. The solution must support self-paced and instructor-led use, provide educator and student materials, assessments, accessibility features, English and Spanish content, course resets, administrator accounts for 16 teachers/administrators, dashboards, reporting, technical support, and at least 180 days of access per student. Successful students must receive official OSHA Outreach Training Program completion cards, including physical cards shipped to the applicable instructor or administrator. The provider must be authorized to issue the credentials or use appropriately authorized trainers, support credential tracking and correction, and provide documentation of its authority upon request. The quote must include all mandatory requirements, identify exceptions or deviations, and price the required 1,016-seat line item; additional seats and replacement cards are optional line items.
