Description
The British Columbia Ministry of Forests is requesting services to conduct Regeneration Performance Assessments using plots for openings recently planted through the Forest Investment Program. The work involves assessing underplanted and post-wildfire areas in accordance with the most recent Silviculture Survey Manual and providing recommendations for further treatment or milestone declarations. The contractor must also complete appropriate RESULTS reporting for each surveyed opening and comply with Ministry standards and the attached tender documents. The solicitation states that the contract spans one government fiscal year and ends March 31, 2027; the tender notice separately estimates the contract period at six months. Field work is expected to begin immediately after contract award because of delays caused by active wildfires and access issues. Submissions from U.S. suppliers will be disregarded and not evaluated.
