Description
This project involves the in-kind replacement and restoration of approximately 10,888 square feet of corrugated metal roofing on several housing facilities and a laundry building at Haleakala National Park. The work includes inspection and documentation of existing roof conditions, removal of existing corrugated metal roof and defective sheathing, installation of new sheathing, new roofing underlayment, and in-kind replacement of the roof to match the original appearance as closely as possible. The acquisition is subject to NAICS code 236220 with a size standard of $45M. This project will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside, and a single firm-fixed-price contract award is contemplated. The place of performance will be Haleakala National Park, Hawaii.
