Description
The North Carolina Coastal Federation is requesting bids to design and construct a waterfront shellfish aquaculture facility. The project includes a 2,500-square-foot prefabricated metal agricultural building, two lean-to areas, a concrete entrance road, an improved path, a permeable-pavement parking lot, utilities, and dock and pier installation. The project site involves approximately 1.51 acres of land disturbance and 0.28 acres of proposed impervious area. Bids must be submitted by email, with a carbon copy to the project engineer, by the stated deadline. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site, but attendance is encouraged rather than required.
