Description
Northwest Mississippi Community College is soliciting a single stipulated-sum bid for all work required to construct the Agricultural Technology Facility. The procurement includes work described in the contract documents, drawings, specifications, instructions to bidders, bid form, contract form, and contract bond documents. Bids may be submitted as a sealed physical bid or electronically through the designated bidding website. A bid security deposit is required in the amount, form, and under the conditions specified in the Instructions to Bidders; the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. Bidders must comply with Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility requirements. Award will be made to the lowest and/or best bid from a responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder, subject to the college's stated rights to waive irregularities and reject bids.
