The U.S. Army, through Program Manager Logistics-Finance (PM LOG-FIN), is issuing a Call for Solutions (CFS) to identify commercial Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) and software modernization solutions. These solutions are intended to support enterprise transformation efforts in ammunition, logistics, finance, and personnel. The objective is to find innovative commercial technologies that align with Army guidance for LCNC development and the Army Unified Data Reference Architecture (UDRA). Solutions must be hosted within or interoperable with the cArmy 2.0 cloud environment, utilizing approved development platforms such as Appian, Army Vantage, Palantir, PowerApps, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow. The solutions should address transactional and non-transactional capabilities, including data analytics, executive dashboards, and seamless integration with existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Specific areas of interest include comprehensive ammunition management, modernized logistics and supply chain management, integrated and auditable financial management, and optimized human resources operations for civilian payroll and timekeeping.
