Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking bids from contractors already qualified under the applicable Maintenance Master Services Agreement and related prequalification requirements for pavement preservation and maintenance services on State Route 87 in Monroe County. The work includes milling and inlaying two inches of 12.5 MM Superpave asphalt, crack sealing, thermoplastic traffic striping, rumble strip installation, raised pavement marker removal and reinstallation, traffic control, cleanup, and related labor, materials, equipment, transportation, licenses, and permits. The initial bid response must include the completed and signed ITB Bid Form covering Tables 1–15, the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit, and the Tax Compliance Form. Only electronic bid responses are accepted through the designated procurement marketplace. Payment and performance bonds, insurance certificates, licenses, work plans, and equipment and personnel lists are required from the intended awardee after bid closing rather than with the initial bid submission. Work must begin no later than 60 days after the mandatory prework meeting and must be completed no later than 170 days after that meeting.
