Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from contractors already qualified to provide pavement preservation and maintenance services under the applicable master service agreements. The work on State Route 18 from milepost 0 to 6.2 in Twiggs County includes traffic control, three-inch asphalt milling, placement of 12.5 mm Superpave asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt-rubber crack sealing, thermoplastic traffic striping, and removal and reinstallation of raised pavement markers. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, traffic control, permits, and incidentals. Only qualified contractors with an eligible MSA agreement beginning with 48400-410-0000034480 may participate. The bid response must be submitted electronically through the designated sourcing event and include the completed ITB Bid Form, Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit, and Tax Compliance Form. Work must begin no later than 60 days after the prework meeting and be completed no later than 180 days after that meeting.
