Description
West County Wastewater District (WCW) requires a contractor to construct cast-in-place concrete foundations and install nine Fonroche solar light poles at their Water Quality Resource Recovery Plant in Richmond, California. The project includes site layout, excavation, foundation construction, pole installation, and restoration of disturbed areas. WCW is providing specific materials such as sonotubes, rebar, and rebar cages, while the contractor must supply all other labor, materials, equipment, and supervision.
