Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting line-item quotations for a large assortment of food-service supplies for FCI Gilmer. The requirement includes kosher and halal individual meals and packaged foods; beef, poultry, fish, and turkey; dairy products; bread and buns; canned, dry, and bulk foods; beverages, spices, oils, and condiments; and related kitchen consumables such as beard covers, hair nets, paper bags, detergent, sanitizer, and rinse aid. Products must meet the stated packaging, labeling, freshness, religious-certification, quality, and applicable USDA, FDA, and commercial-item-description requirements. Deliveries are expected from October 1 through October 31, 2026, with weekly deliveries for specified dairy and bread products during the quarter. Quotations may be awarded by line item, and past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Prices must be FOB destination.
