Description
The Government of the Virgin Islands Department of Human Services is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of groceries and meats for its St. John District. The solicitation covers approximately 396 line items, including packaged grocery products and meat products, with estimated quantities ordered as needed rather than guaranteed quantities.
