The Defense Commissary Agency is publishing an amended, redacted Justification and Approval for a sole-source, single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with Coastal Pacific Food Distributors. The requirement covers a broad range of brand-name commercial grocery and other resale products for designated commissaries, together with associated full-line distribution and incidental supply-chain and delivery functions. The contemplated contract has a five-year base period, five one-year option periods, and up to five additional one-year earned incentive periods, for a potential duration of up to 15 years. The notice is not a new solicitation, does not reopen competition, and does not request proposals or quotations; it updates the public record while the Government continues award processing.
