Submission Instructions
Description
Union County is soliciting a lump-sum bid from a single-prime contractor to provide and install a manual transfer switch interfacing with the existing permanent generator. The switch must allow a trailered generator to be connected through camlock connections and supply the existing generator loads if the permanent generator fails to start. Bidders must hold a North Carolina contractor license and provide the license number on the outside of the sealed bid envelope. A non-collusion affidavit is required. The pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
