Description
This Request for Information seeks written comments from organizations able to provide individualized case management services to referred clients in recovery. Services include meeting clients at clean and sober homes, probation offices, or in the community; addressing basic needs; using motivational interviewing skills; identifying strengths, needs, and goals; and developing and reviewing individualized case plans. The provider or case manager must meet with clients weekly, identify and address resource gaps, support clients after they move into independent residences, coordinate with assigned probation officers or their designees, and report noncompliance to the Judiciary and Adult Client Services Branch. Services must accommodate clients with limited English proficiency and persons with disabilities. Participation is optional and does not obligate the agency or respondents, nor is it required for participation in any subsequent procurement.
