The Conseil des Écoles Catholiques du Centre-Est is seeking a provider to maintain and regularize its partnership with the Centre des services communautaires de Vanier and deliver specialized community support and accompaniment services for students and families. The scope includes liaison between social services and the school environment, interventions tailored to needs identified by the superintendent’s office, and close collaboration with school-board personnel to monitor support cases.
