Description
The City of Riverside seeks a qualified firm to provide deputy inspection, materials testing, and reporting for construction of a new Police Headquarters Administration Building. Services cover construction phases from abatement and demolition through project completion, including grading and compaction inspections; structural steel and welding inspections; fireproofing inspections; and testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, masonry, steel, and other construction materials. The scope also includes daily inspection logs, test reports, non-conformance reports, and a final inspection report, as well as coordination with the City, contractors, and other stakeholders. The project includes a $50,000 owner’s allowance for approved unforeseen or extra services.
