Description
The City of Trenton Department of Law is soliciting proposals from attorneys or law firms to serve as Assistant Municipal Prosecutors in Trenton Municipal Court and perform all related prosecutorial duties. The selected respondents will appear on behalf of the State and handle matters during assigned court sessions. Multiple respondents may be awarded contracts for a one-year period from the date of award. The scope includes regular municipal court sessions and optional specialized DWI pre-trial and trial sessions. Proposers must identify the attorneys who will perform the work, provide relevant qualifications and experience, describe availability, submit a compensation proposal, and provide five references. The rate may not exceed $215 per regular session or $300 per preparation session. Assistant prosecutors must be available to work virtually and/or in person. The proposal package requires an original signed proposal and three additional copies, along with the listed procurement forms and certifications.
