The South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (TransLink) is seeking a contractor to perform the next scheduled condition assessment of its pavement assets. The assessment will build on work conducted in 2020 and support asset repair planning, safety, service reliability, lifecycle-cost optimization, and customer experience. The scope is explicitly expanded to include walkways. The opportunity identifies British Columbia and Greater Vancouver as delivery regions, but does not provide a specific physical delivery address. Proposals will be evaluated based on compliance with mandatory criteria and the lowest price among quotations satisfying the stated requirements and specifications.
