TransLink (South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority) is seeking qualified contractors to provide operations and maintenance services for bicycle infrastructure. The solicitation is divided into two workstreams: Workstream 1 covers bike parkade operations and maintenance, and Workstream 2 covers bike counter operations and maintenance. Proponents may submit a proposal for one or both workstreams, depending on their capabilities. Addendum No. 1 extends the closing deadline to 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on September 17, 2026. Respondents are responsible for checking the Ariba posting for information meetings, site visits, addenda, and clarifications before submitting proposals. TransLink does not disclose budgetary information.
