The British Columbia Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General is requesting quotations for 15 boxes of Qiagen Whatman FTA “Non-Indicating” Cards, SKU N-3706, with 100 cards per box. No substitutions are permitted. Pricing must be in Canadian dollars, exclude GST, remain firm for the contract period, and include all costs required under the applicable Incoterms 2020 shipping term, including delivery and any required unloading costs. Quotations must satisfy the mandatory criteria and be submitted through BC Bid or by email. Email submissions must include the signed Mandatory ITQ Submission Declaration and the required response forms, and must not include unsolicited terms or information. The lowest-priced compliant quotation is expected to receive the contract; the buyer may request product samples to verify conformity with the specifications.
