Description
This solicitation is for percolation testing and groundwater monitoring services at the National Elk Refuge in Wyoming. The project will involve performing percolation tests to determine soil loading rates for a septic system design at Quarters #3. Additionally, groundwater monitoring will be conducted, including the installation of a piezometer in a profile pit with a data logger to collect water level data from spring to early summer near Quarters #3. The period of performance is from August 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with a 60-day performance period from the Notice to Proceed. The delivery location is FWS National Elk Refuge, 675 E. Broadway, Jackson, WY 83001-0510.
