Description
Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), the management and operating contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy's Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors capable of facilitating the renewal of Palo Alto Networks subscriptions and premium support services. The required renewals include Premium Support, Advanced Threat Prevention Subscription, Prisma Access Agent Subscription, and Advanced WildFire Subscription. Vendors must be able to provide renewal terms with serial numbers and coverage dates, ensure compliance with US Government account requirements, support multi-device and high-availability pair configurations, adhere to Palo Alto Networks EULA and EUSA terms, and provide documentation of renewal including certificates of conformance and proof of coverage. This EOI is the first step toward a future solicitation; selected vendors may be invited to participate in a formal RFP process.
