Description
The City of Kyle is soliciting proposals from responsible offerors to provide the administration of its ancillary benefits programs. These programs include dental, vision, life/AD&D, voluntary life/AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance. The City is looking for competitive pricing, dedicated customer service with direct account management, and robust technology solutions, including integration with its online benefits administration system, Selerix. Offerors are expected to provide detailed proposals including pricing, benefits, and any additional features. The City has provided current claims data for dental and vision benefits to assist offerors in their proposals. Proposals are due on July 9, 2026. The City will evaluate proposals based on cost, demonstrated experience, ability to match current plan designs, and the quality, availability, and frequency of reporting.
