Description
Tyler Junior College is soliciting proposals for weekly grounds maintenance across approximately 40 acres of campus grounds. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain the grounds in professional condition. The scope includes mowing turf areas, weed eating and trimming approximately 45 miles along sidewalks, buildings, trees, and other structures, edging sidewalks, curbs, and valve boxes, and blowing grass clippings and other debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and paved surfaces. The contractor must supply its own equipment and provide company-identifying uniforms for assigned personnel. The initial contract term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals, for a maximum term of five years. Proposers must submit pricing and specified company, certification, tax, conflict-of-interest, and reference information, including five similar clients from the previous five years.
