Description
Collier County Public Schools is seeking one or more contractors to provide materials, labor, equipment, and related services for routine and emergency storm drain maintenance and repair at district sites. The scope includes cleaning and flushing storm drain pipes, catch basins, inlet boxes, box culverts, and continuous deflection separation systems; vacuuming; pumping and dewatering; specialty cleaning; storm drain repairs; debris and sediment disposal; and related erosion and water-pollution controls. The contractor may also be required to perform internal video inspections, provide video recordings and written condition reports, prepare estimates, maintain work tickets and schedules, and respond to emergency requests. Services are issued on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity. The initial contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with up to three one-year renewals. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the district's e-procurement portal, including the completed bid forms, required affidavits and certifications, references, qualifications, staffing and equipment information, financial information, licenses, and other specified documentation. Addendum 1 clarifies that electrical repair services are removed from the scope and must be acknowledged and returned with the bid.
