Description
Monroe County is accepting applications for funding under the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program's multifamily rental strategy, as governed by the Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP). Applications will be accepted starting August 10, 2026, and must be complete with all required documentation to be considered. Funding is not guaranteed and will be awarded based on priorities, eligibility, and availability.
