Description
The City seeks a qualified firm to develop a comprehensive master plan for the Jim Martinez Trail and the existing and planned trail network in South Hutchinson. Work includes assessing trail conditions, identifying improvements and priority connections, preparing conceptual drawings and cost estimates, producing three 3D renderings for individual trail locations, and facilitating one community engagement meeting and up to five stakeholder meetings. The plan should address trail reconstruction, connectivity, safety, accessibility, amenities, drainage, wayfinding, landscaping, and related enhancements. The selected firm will also develop a phased improvement approach, prepare construction documents for the first phase, and provide construction management services for that phase. The response must be a statement of qualifications organized according to the attached content sheet, including firm qualifications, project manager resumes, five relevant projects completed within the past five years with references and color images, availability, proposed fees, and any additional design or engineering team members. The submission package also requires the attached non-discrimination certificate and property-tax certification.
