Description
The district seeks leased wide area network circuits connecting a hub at The Learning Center to seven district locations. Bidders may propose any delivery or technology type; proposals for leased dark fiber must include two pairs of fiber strands, and lit leased fiber proposals must provide 10 GB. Pricing is requested for both five-year and ten-year contract terms. Bids must cover all connections and identify all installation charges. The internal-connections project involves cleaning up existing cabling across 14 buildings. Bidders must submit a bid for the entire hardware project, may not propose refurbished equipment or equipment from manufacturers identified as national security threats by the FCC, and must attend one of the two mandatory site visits. The C2 Cover Page must be completed and included. Bidders must participate in the E-rate program, provide a valid SPIN, and identify applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes.
