Description
The City of Old Town is seeking one or more qualified consultants to provide multi-year airport planning and engineering advisory services for Dewitt Field, Old Town Municipal Airport. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, organizational and technical qualifications, ability to perform, satisfactory past performance, and familiarity with comparable airport projects. The anticipated scope may include runway rehabilitation, reconstruction, or extension; taxiway design and construction or rehabilitation; apron reconstruction, rehabilitation, or expansion; snow-removal equipment building expansion; hangar construction or rehabilitation; and AWOS installation. The qualification statement must address prior municipal or government-agency contracts, comparable airport planning and engineering programs completed or supervised within the past five years, key staff, local airport knowledge, company background, and three work-related references. Statements are limited to 30 pages, excluding the required cover letter and table of contents; the City may select multiple firms and may conduct interviews.
