Passaic County, New Jersey is soliciting proposals for operations management services for its One-Stop Career Center. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, which provides workforce development services to job seekers and employers. The performance period begins October 1, 2026 and runs through June 30, 2027, with three one-year options contingent on the availability of funds and satisfactory performance.
