Description
Lake County is seeking commercial-grade janitorial supplies for routine cleaning and sanitation operations. The scope includes cleaning products, paper goods, trash liners, mops, brushes, dispensers, and related supplies. The pricing sheet distinguishes core items that allow substitutions from core items for which substitutions are prohibited, and requests a markup for non-core items. Products must be new, properly labeled, safe for intended use, and meet specified quality and shelf-life requirements. The contractor must maintain inventory and distribution capability, provide an online ordering, reporting, and secure payment platform, and deliver orders to County-designated locations. Standard delivery is within two business days, with non-stock items due within 14 business days. Pricing must include shipping, handling, labor, and inside delivery, with no fuel surcharge or minimum-order fees. The contract is an indefinite-quantity arrangement with no guaranteed minimum or maximum spend.
