Description
The City of Gardner is seeking a qualified roofing contractor for a full roof replacement at the Hillsdale Water Treatment Plant. The work includes removing the existing roofing materials down to the deck and installing approximately 15,000 square feet of durable, impact-resistant laminated shingle roofing. Bids must be sealed and marked with the project name and Project No. WA7008. The project qualifies for sales tax exemption on purchased materials and supplies. Bid documents are available for purchase through the designated plan room or from the document distributor.
