Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 217 feet of steel composition 4130, cold-drawn, normalized round metal bar, 1.500 inches in diameter and 10 to 12 feet long, meeting the cited military and technical specifications. The material must be supplied in whole-foot lengths, comply with applicable domestic-material restrictions, and be provided by an approved Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors supplier unless an exception is identified in the quotation. The requirement includes destination inspection, military packaging and marking, continuous identification markings, and a Certificate of Quality Compliance with each shipment. Delivery is required 153 days after order, FOB origin, to DLA Distribution Warner Robins. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated deadline.
