Description
Erie 1 BOCES is soliciting bids for 12 line items of steel and related metal materials, including hot- and cold-rolled sheet metal, stainless steel flat bar and sheet, wall tube, ASTM A53 pipe, and flat bar stock. Several items require cutting or shearing to specified dimensions. The bid permits equivalent substitute products if the bidder provides the trade designation, manufacturer, and detailed specifications or a sample. Pricing must be fixed and net delivered during the October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, contract term. The solicitation has no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase quantity and allows awards by individual line item, subgroups, or total bid. Vendors must submit the completed electronic Excel response file together with a printed bid form and required signed certifications.
