Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 174 feet of hot-rolled, milled-edge steel metal strip, 0.1875 inches thick, 2.5 inches wide, and 10 to 12 feet long, supplied in whole-foot lengths. The material must comply with the specified ASTM, military, and technical-data requirements, including the applicable technical data package and quality requirements. The supplier must provide a Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) with each shipment, apply continuous identification markings, and comply with specified packaging, palletization, preservation, marking, inspection, and domestic-material requirements. The solicitation requires an approved Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors supplier unless a deviation is identified. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return date.
