Description
The United Nations Development Programme Ghana, in partnership with the Environmental Protection Authority, is procuring three lots of refrigeration and air conditioning training equipment and tools under the HCFC Phase-Out Management Plan. Lot 1 covers equipment for technical universities and institutions, including leak detectors, recovery units, vacuum pumps, storage tanks, gauges, tube-working tools, brazing equipment, measuring instruments, safety equipment, and compressor training models. Lot 2 covers recovery and recycling equipment for two institutions, including recovery and recycling machines, vacuum pumps, leak detectors, charging equipment, cylinders, hoses, tools, and safety gear. Lot 3 covers reclaim-centre equipment, including storage tanks, a reclaim station with filter chiller, a 300-kilogram scale, a liquid transfer pump, and laboratory accessories. Bidders may quote for one or multiple lots but must quote for all items and quantities within each selected lot. The quotation must include technical compliance information, pricing, delivery and warranty details, manufacturer authorization, technical catalogues or brochures, quality certifications, evidence of relevant supply experience, and plans for training, after-sales service, transport, and sustainable packaging. A minimum six-month warranty is required, and the goods must be delivered within one month after issuance of the purchase order. The award is expected to be made to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
