Description
The College of Western Idaho seeks a contractor to furnish, warehouse, deliver, install, and close out loose furniture, fixtures, and equipment for three levels of the Micron Academic Center. Proposals must price the specified quantities at the required “Better” product tier and include product identification and compliance information, product cut sheets, a completed product compliance matrix, and pricing for products and related services. The scope includes receiving and inventory control, phased delivery, installation, debris removal, closeout documentation, and a minimum 10-year product warranty. Products must meet applicable commercial-use, accessibility, and performance requirements. The proposal must address the contractor’s experience, staffing, project schedule, logistics, risk mitigation, product compliance, installation capabilities, quality control, and warranty and service support. The project requires installation of all furniture and equipment within five weeks of the installation start date, with staging and coordination around ongoing construction. The solicitation describes this as a one-time project purchase, although the initial contract term may be one year with up to four additional years by mutual written agreement.
