Description
UNDP seeks quotations for two lots of school furniture: standard items and custom-made items. The requested goods include student desks and chairs, office cabinets, blackboards, teacher furniture, laboratory furniture and fixtures, hallway furniture, and custom protective surfaces and shelving. Detailed specifications, quantities, and room-by-room distribution are provided in the schedule and technical annexes. The supplier must deliver the furniture, assemble and install it at the designated school, and provide a minimum 24-month warranty on parts and labor. The scope also includes a local repair workshop in Moldova, delivery scheduling, and relevant product and company documentation. Bidders may quote for either or both lots; award is to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer for each lot.
