Description
Philadelphia Gas Works is requesting pricing for specified-brand gaskets ordered on an as-needed basis under RFQ No. 35986. Bidders must price all listed items, provide lead times, comply with PGW specifications and terms, and provide no substitutions without written permission. Estimated quantities are based on past usage and do not constitute a purchase commitment. Contracted items must generally be delivered within 14 calendar days after receipt of a PGW purchase order, with freight prepaid and delivery FOB destination. The resulting contract purchase order will have an initial term from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms at PGW's discretion. Pricing adjustments during renewals are tied to the Philadelphia Consumer Price Index and capped at 5% per renewal term. Responses must include the completed pricing and lead-time section, signed checklist of document receipt, bidder's certification, signed certificate of non-indebtedness, signed and completed demographic survey, and evidence of current insurance coverage. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PGW Procureware response portal by the stated deadline.
