Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capable sources for a potential requirement covering comprehensive preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, emergency services, testing, calibration, and technical support for kitchen and dietary equipment at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center. The contractor would furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and qualified technicians needed to maintain safe, reliable, and continuous operation of the equipment. The equipment includes commercial refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, fryers, griddles, convection and combi ovens, dishwashers, food warmers, heated display cabinets, snack and beverage equipment, and grease-ventilation hoods. The notice describes an estimated one-year period of performance from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, plus two option years. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not a solicitation for bids or proposals; respondents are asked to provide company and business information, a point of contact, and a capability statement.
